Due to lack of work and/or lack of funds in the Tahoe Truckee Unified School District, the Board of Education (“Board”), under the authority of Education Code sections 45114, 45115, 45117, 45298, and 45308, and the relevant collective bargaining agreement as applicable, hereby finds that it is necessary and in the best interest of the District to eliminate certain positions of the classified services.
