Summary:
|
The District seeks to grant an easement including the right to do all things necessary for the construction, installation, upgrade, operations, repair, and maintenance of water facilities upon a portion of APN 018-500-012, what is commonly referred to as Truckee Elementary School, located at 11911 Donner Pass Road, Truckee, California 96161 (“Property”). In connection with this work, the District needs to convey by easement deed a portion of the Property (“Easement”) to TDPUD, for right of way purposes.
Pursuant to Education Code section 17556 et seq., the District must follow a two-step statutory process to convey the Easement to TDPUD. |
