This Amendment states: WHEREAS, the parties recognize that although SELS was included as a site to receive ELO-P services, additional compensation to provide these services for SELS was not included: WHEREAS, SELS, as an independent charter school, receives ELO-P funding and wishes to transfer funding to TTUSD to cover the cost of ELO-P services and administrative fees and add reasonable compensation to the existing agreement with BGCNLT. |
