Summary:
|
The LG heating and cooling system has repeatedly failed since 2020. Due to the duration of the project, the warranty for this equipment lapsed shortly after the project was complete. TTUSD has hired several different contractors in an attempt to get this equipment to work properly. The manufacturer has identified that some of the piping does not meet LG design standards and must be modified for the equipment to function properly. A new compressor chassis has failed, the replacement is included in this project at no cost from the manufacturer. This work will be done on a time and materials basis not to exceed $55,782.00
