Summary: Education Code 44955 and Board Policy 4117.3 allow for the Governing Board to reduce or discontinue a particular kind of service for the following school year. Notice of such termination of services shall be given before the 15th of May. The reduction of service is for the 2022-2023 school year. The reduction of these positions will not affect employment status of any current employee.
