Summary:

Public Contract Code requires school districts to have first-tier mechanical, plumbing, and electrical (MEP) subcontractors to submit a prequalification for specified projects and State funding eligibility. As the District moves forward with construction projects, this resolution will ensure that the District is compliant by standardizing a subcontractor's prequalification process.
