Study Session 4:30 p.m. Closed Session 5:30 p.m. Open Session As permitted by Executive Order N-29-20, proclaiming a State of Emergency in the State of California, the Tahoe Truckee Unified District's board room will be accessible only to any persons wishing to make public comments in person for the March 17, 2021, Regular Board Meeting. Otherwise, the TTUSD board room will not be accessible to the public to view the March 17, 2021, Regular Board Meeting. The meeting is accessible to the public via live streaming at http://tahoetruckeemedia.org. Public comment will be accepted via email on any item on the agenda at any time beginning at 8:30 a.m. and ending at 4:00 p.m. the day of the board meeting. Direct comments to Lupita Vazquez, Executive Assistant, boardroom@ttusd.org. For those wishing to make public comments in person, please arrive at the TTUSD district office and fill out a public comment form in the lobby before the meeting begins. You will be asked to wait in a queue in the TTUSD main lobby area, socially distanced. The Public will follow in-person COVID protocols (masks and socially distancing).
