THIS MEETING HAS BEEN CANCELLED DUE TO SCHEDULING CONFLICTS. Regular Board Meeting 4:00 p.m. Closed Session 5:30 p.m. Open Session REVISED - TELECONFERENCE LOCATION INCLUDED The Tahoe Truckee Unified District's board room will be following the 6-foot physical distancing among adults per the California Department of Public Health Guidance. There will be limited in-person access for the Board Meeting. The meeting is accessible to the public via live streaming at http://tahoetruckeemedia.org. For public comments in person, please arrive at the TTUSD district office and fill out a public comment card in the lobby before the meeting begins. You will be asked to wait in a queue in the TTUSD main lobby area, socially distanced. The Public will follow in-person COVID protocols (masks and physical distancing). You can also send your public comment via email at boardroom@ttusd.org on a board meeting day at any time beginning at 8:30 a.m. and ending at 4:00 p.m. Emailed public comments will be shared with the board members prior to the board meeting and archived in the public minutes of the meeting as a matter of record.
 
1.0 Teleconference
1.1 This meeting is being conducted by teleconference at the following locations: 11603 Donner Pass Rd, Truckee, CA 96161. Members participating at this location: Kirsten Livak, Dianna Driller, Gaylan Larson, and Cristina Hennessey. Kim Szczurek will be located at 1500 Park Avenue - Space 87, Capitola, CA 95010. Each Teleconference location is open to the public and any member of the public has an opportunity to address the School Board from a teleconference location in the same manner as if that person attended the regular meeting location. The School Board will control the conduct of the meeting and determine the appropriate order and time limitations on public comments from teleconference locations. Info
