In order to be eligible to receive funding for disaster relief or hazard mitigation through FEMA or CalOES payment, the Board must approve a Resolution every three years authorizing an agent to execute for and on behalf of the TTUSD for all matters pertaining to financial Federal and State disaster assistance under the Hazard Mitigation Program and Pre-Disaster Mitigation Program. |
