Summary:
PMG will provide construction management services including survey, site visits, documents and schematic, design development, scheduling, estimates and budgets, construction documents, DSA submissions, contractor RFP/GMP, subcontractors, procurement, construction phase and close-out as directed by district.  
Funding:
$112,000.00 from Certificate of Participation Funds
