Summary:
|
Government Code mandates that school districts make public the topics of discussion during negotiations. When proposals are first submitted they must be placed on the Board's regular agenda for review. The Board must hold a public hearing in order to take input from the public on the proposal(s). The purpose of this evening's hearing is to solicit and receive public comment on these proposals. |
